Patrick Reardon, Executive ChairmanPatrick has worked in the hotel industry for some 40 years including periods in the U.S. as a senior corporate executive with both Hyatt International and Holiday Inn International, responsible for architecture and design worldwide. He was one of the founding partners of ReardonSmith and today continues to be directly involved in projects as well as in business development where he is currently spearheading the company's involvement with a number of international resort hotels. Patrick is a regular contributor, as speaker and writer, to a number of hotel and design industry events and publications including the European Hotel Design Awards and Conference. |

Conrad Smith RIBA, Managing DirectorConrad has practiced as an architect and interior designer specialising in the leisure sector for some 20 years. He joined ReardonSmith in 1992 and became Managing Director in 1996 since when he has maintained an executive role and has led the teams handling some of our most prestigious and challenging work, both new-build and restoration. In particular, Conrad focuses on the front-end design phases of projects; he does however continue to be closely involved in the on-going design development stages of work. |

Kevin Miller RIBA, Principal DirectorKevin has over 30 years experience of planning and designing for leisure markets nationally and internationally and his portfolio includes major projects in Western and Eastern Europe. He joined ReardonSmith in 1992 and, since then, has taken a leading role in many of the company's most complex projects. Kevin also acts as the Technical Director of ReardonSmith overseeing and validating the technical output of the Practice. |

James Twomey, Associate DirectorJames joined ReardonSmith in 1996 having previously had a varied architectural career including residential, commercial and office developments. At ReardonSmith, he has worked with a wide range of projects and, in particular, he has gained substantial experience of heritage work, including a number of years managing ReardonSmith restoration projects at Claridge's and The Connaught. Most recently, he has spearheaded the Company's growing portfolio of work in Italy, including the conversion of Santa Rosa, a 15th century monastery, into a luxurious hotel and spa. |

Mick Youens RIBA, Associate DirectorSince joining ReardonSmith in 2001, Mick has been dedicated to our Grosvenor House project, leading the team handling one of the largest ever hotel re-building projects in London. In this capacity, he has been responsible for administering five separate contracts across a programme that will see the refurbishment of most of the public spaces and all the guestrooms, the introduction of further bedrooms, a new restaurant and a health club and a full exterior refurbishment, as well as an extensive up-grading back-of-house. Before coming to ReardonSmith, he worked in Germany renovating and converting the historic ‘Levantehaus’ into a Park Hyatt and then in Austria managing the design and construction of a new conference hotel. |

George Dziubek RIBA, Technical DirectorGeorge has nearly 30 years experience of designing, and especially detailing, a wide range of prestigious buildings, 10 years of which have included new build and refurbishment projects in the hotel sector. His in-depth knowledge of building practices, together with his skills as a hotel architect and project manager, have resulted in George taking a key role on several major projects since joining ReardonSmith in 2000. These have included the InterContinental London Park Lane, The Belfry in Warwickshire and The Cumberland Hotel. In addition, he is responsible for maintaining the Practice’s quality control programme. |

Su Pecha, Business Development DirectorSu was appointed by ReardonSmith in 1998 to manage business development and PR. Since then, she has worked with the directors, spearheading a raft of marketing related activities and managing the presentation of the Practice, as well as writing feature articles for a number of leading publications in the hotel sector. In addition to her role for ReardonSmith, Su runs a niche business development consultancy specialising in the hotel development sector. |
