Patrick Reardon

Patrick Reardon, Executive Chairman
Patrick has worked in the hotel industry for some 40 years including periods in the U.S. with Holiday Inn International and then Hyatt International, responsible for architecture and design worldwide. He was one of the founding partners of ReardonSmith and today continues to be directly involved in major projects as well as in business development. As one of the sector’s most recognised personalities, he is also a regular contributor, as speaker and writer, to a number of hotel industry conferences and publications.

Conrad Smith

Conrad Smith RIBA, Managing Director
Conrad has practised as an architect and interior designer specialising in the leisure sector for over 20 years. He joined ReardonSmith in 1992 and became Managing Director in 1996 since when he has played a key role in steering the business into new geographic markets and sectors within the hotel and resort mix. Today, Conrad continues to lead the teams handling some of our most prestigious and challenging work, both new-build and restoration, in the UK and overseas.

Kevin Miller

Kevin Miller RIBA, Principal
Kevin has been master planning resorts and designing hotels for nearly four decades, nationally and internationally, and his portfolio includes major projects in Western, Central and Eastern Europe, as well as in the Middle East and North Africa. He joined ReardonSmith in 1992 and, since then, has taken a leading role in many of the company's most complex projects. Kevin also acts as the Technical Director of ReardonSmith, overseeing and validating the technical output of the Practice.

James Twomey

James Twomey, Associate Director
Over some 14 years at ReardonSmith, James has repeatedly worked on a number of our most prestigious projects, in the course of which he has gained substantial experience of exclusive heritage work. Having managed a series of projects at Claridge’s and The Connaught, as well as the complex planning for the conversion of a 15th Century Italian monastery into a luxury hotel, James has more recently taken a key role in the architectural redesign of The Savoy. He also led the team designing London’s extremely chic Ushvani Spa in a listed townhouse in Chelsea.

Mick Youens

Mick Youens RIBA, Associate Director
On joining ReardonSmith in 2001, Mick became project leader for our Grosvenor House project, managing the team on one of the largest ever hotel re-building projects in London. In this capacity, he was responsible for administering five separate contracts in the course of a seven-year programme while the hotel remained open for business. The quality of this experience made him a natural candidate for one of ReardonSmith’s other major restoration projects and he is now heading the architectural team on site at The Savoy.

Ross Blunt

Ross Blunt RIBA, Associate Director
Ross’s career has focused on luxury hotel and resort design in the Gulf and the Caribbean, working on projects such as The Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman and the St Regis Temenos Hotel Spa & Resort on Anguilla. Since joining ReardonSmith, this experience has been brought to bear on some of our most prestigious overseas projects. In particular, he is working closely with Four Seasons on new hotels and residences in central Europe; he also led the team in the architectural design of a new Hyatt Regency in Minsk.

George Dziubek

George Dziubek RIBA, Technical Director
George has nearly 30 years experience of designing, and detailing, a wide range of prestigious buildings, which, over the last decade, have included many hotel new-build and refurbishment projects. Since joining ReardonSmith in 2000, his in-depth knowledge of building practices, together with his skills as a hotel architect and project manager, have resulted in George taking a key role on a number of our most complex UK projects. He is also responsible for maintaining the Practice’s quality control programme.

Su Pecha

Su Pecha, Business Development Director
Su was appointed by ReardonSmith in 1998 to manage business development and PR. Since then, she has worked with the directors, spearheading a raft of marketing related activities and managing the presentation of the Practice, as well as writing feature articles for a number of leading publications in the hotel sector. In addition to her role for ReardonSmith, Su runs a niche business development consultancy specialising in the hotel sector.
