Four Seasons Hotel, Marrakech
During 2004/5, ReardonSmith was the project architect in the development of a luxurious new hotel and residences in Marrakech located next to the Menora Gardens and the old city of Medina. The development will be operated by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
Working from a concept design for the hotel created by Hill Glazier Architects, ReardonSmith was charged with taking on the ongoing design of the entirety of the development which included a palatial 141 room resort hotel. ReardonSmith also designed 20 townhouses and 20 villas all set within a lavishly designed urban oasis with the high Atlas Mountains as a spectacular backdrop.
