Claridge's, London
At Claridge's, work was phased over a number of years, beginning with the renovation of the Art Deco Wing and culminating in the re-planning of the Hotel's fabulous Lobby and Winter Garden, as well as the architectural design of the new 3 Star Michelin Gordon Ramsay Restaurant. Here, front-of-house, spaces were made much more intimate with a smaller dining area surrounded by a new lounge and bar areas. Back-of-house, the Hotel's kitchen was relocated and the existing kitchen was re-planned specifically to Gordon Ramsay's specifications.
All works were successfully carried out in close co-operation with English Heritage, The Twentieth Century Association and Westminster Planning Authorities.
