ReardonSmith offers a comprehensive scope of services, fine-tuned to meet the particular needs of each stakeholder during all project stages. Clients may choose to employ us on just some components; typically on overseas projects, for example, we hand over to a local architect once our developed designs are approved, retaining a watching brief during construction. In other cases, RSA takes its work all the way through to completion and acts as lead consultant, helping to select and co-ordinate the project team and running a fully staffed site office.
Increasingly, clients are asking us to provide a 'one stop' architecture and design service. Since RSA does not have its own ID team, we are in a position to recommend and help select the interior design consultancy best suited to the particular project; we can then assume contractual responsibility for the chosen company. In addition, our role may extend to the implementation of the design schemes, ensuring that they are built out to the highest quality level.
