The Chancery Rosewood shortlisted at the Architects Journal Retrofit Awards

We are thrilled to announce that Reardon Smith's project, The Chancery Rosewood, has been shortlisted in the Adaptive Reuse into Other category at the 2026 Architects Journal Retrofit Awards. As previous winners of an Architects Journal Retrofit Award we know how much this means and even to be shortlisted is a tribute to the work and dedication of the entire design team.
