Anna Prajs

Senior Associate

With a career spanning over 20 years, Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture and Town Planning, complemented by an award-winning diploma, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to ReardonSmith Architects. Her portfolio includes a wide range of developments from high-end residential and mixed-use projects to cultural and science buildings, encompassing both listed building refurbishments and new-build developments across all RIBA work stages.  

Anna transitioned midway through her career to the construction delivery sector, where she excelled as a Design Manager for top UK Main Contractors. Her role involved coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, managing design processes, and fostering effective Client relationships, contributing to the successful execution of construction projects.  Anna distinguished herself in a Client-side design compliance monitoring role at an award-winning architectural practice specialising in construction delivery. She oversaw the delivery of high-end commercial buildings and luxury fit-outs, conducted design audits, and supervised audit processes.  

Anna joined ReardonSmith as a Senior Associate in early 2024, working on a coastal luxury resort in Puglia Italy. She is currently leading the novated team renovating and extending the 9th floor the prestigious Grade II Listed Dorchester Hotel project in London’s Mayfair. She has also been an excellent ambassador for us, representing the practice at a number of hospitality industry events in the UK and Europe. 

Anna’s diverse background and passion for creative challenges uniquely equip her to bridge the gap between visionary design and pragmatic construction delivery.
