Brad relocated from Australia to the UK in 2000 and soon after joined ReardonSmith. Since then, he has undertaken diverse projects , notably major refurbishments of London hotels such as the InterContinental London Park Lane and Grosvenor House.

His portfolio also includes developing concepts for new hotels in Cape Verde and overseeing the construction of a luxury hotel in Minsk. Brad played a significant role in ReardonSmith’s inaugural project with Four Seasons in Marrakech, refining the operational plan and designing branded residences.

He led the team responsible for developing and constructing luxury residences in Porto Montenegro. and served as the Project Leader for the conversion of a Grade II listed property in St James, London, transforming it into an exclusive private members club.

Brad recently completed leading the team on the acclaimed At Sloane Hotel project and is now leading the refurbishment project for the iconic Park Tower Hotel in Knightsbridge.
